Stolen waters is said to be sweet but can actually become bitter when the thief is found.

A lot of persons are pushed or cajoled into having sex with a partner at work. And for some, sometimes they are seduced. Some do not have an option as they could be sacked if they refuse. And for some, it's simply a time for pleasure for both partners.
This article is written for Christians. Some men and even women are seduced with sexual advances from their subordinates and sometimes they resist and at other times, they fall. The subordinates who know what they are doing are quite tactical about their seduction. From their dresses to their speech and also to their actions.


The bosses have to go through a lot to say no to such advances. There are several ways to tackle such issues and I will be sharing some of them.

1. Lust
The boss who knows he is a target must first work on himself. No man can be drawn by what he does not desire. You can't poison or drug me with coffee, if I don't take it. It's pertinent for every Christian to deal with lust in his or her life. This applies to both the married and unmarried. Marriage does not take away lust. As long as lust resides in your heart. You are bound to fall. Deal with this by working on your mindset through the word and prayer.


2. Eliminate Your Physical Desires
If you are the one in charge of employing your staff that works under you. Ensure that those that work close you, do not have the specification or attributes that you desire in a man or a woman. Having such around you will cause you to consider having an affair with him or her. If you do not have control over this. Deal with lust as this is the foundation of it all.

3. Change the Dressing Rule.
For a secretary, who you know, loves to show her boobs and put on skimpy gown. Tell her you prefer working with people who are modest and you would prefer if she can put on clothes that would cover her boob's properly as this will help you avoid distraction in order for you to meet to your work target.


4. Tell Your Boundaries.
Let your subordinates know your boundaries. Laugh when necessary and be strict when necessary especially when dealing with them on a social ground. Do not give room for unnecessary closeness especially for those who are married. When they act seductively, do not pay attention or simply become extremely serious about the matter that has been presented to your. Never give your emotions away.


5. Do Not Go Visiting Alone.
If you must visit a colleague at work, who you think you might have desires for, no matter how serious it is, take someone with you. Never go alone. And try as much as possible to avoid even going unless it's is crucial in the case of a sick colleague.

6. Lunch Break. 
If you must take a colleague out on lunch break ensure, it is done with other colleagues of yours never give him or her the impression that you are interested.


7. Travel With the Unattractive.
If you must take a business trip ensure you go with someone who you have no desires for. If possible a male, if you are a man and vice versa.

8. Change of Department.
If you are the employer or you have the power to change her department. Then do so, to help yourself at least till the affection fades away.


9. Ask him/her to Leave.
If you can't control your desires, then ask the individual to go and get another. But do it in an understanding way. Let her know by giving her warnings about her speeches or attitudes: if these are the reasons for you having an affair with her/him.

Note:  Please this must be the last option on the list as you can not keep sacking people because of your lack of self control. You must understand that a family might go hungry because of your action. If you are not the employer and you can't change her/his department deal with lust. For this reason was Christ manifested, to destroy the works of the devil.
